Cancellation Timeline

24+ Hours Before Rental

  • Full refund available
  • No cancellation fees
  • Refund processed within 3-5 business days

Less Than 24 Hours Before Rental

  • 50% refund available
  • Cancellation fee may apply
  • Refund processed within 3-5 business days

No-Show Policy

  • No refund for no-shows
  • Full payment forfeited
  • Opportunity to reschedule may be available

Weather-Related Cancellations

If we cancel due to unsafe weather conditions:

  • 100% refund or free rescheduling
  • No penalties or fees
  • Safety is our top priority

Mechanical Issues

If equipment failure prevents your rental:

  • Full refund or alternative boat offered
  • Compensation for inconvenience may be provided

Partial Rentals

If your rental is cut short due to mechanical issues or weather, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on unused time.

Processing Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of approval.
